Membership Terms
1. Organiser
Ensō gatherings are organised by the association ENSO FORUMS, reg. no. 40008362641, Senču iela 7-2, Riga, LV-1012, Latvia, info@enso.lv. By buying a place you enter into a distance contract with the organiser under these terms.
2. What is offered
- A place at one gathering — 97 €. Includes the day’s programme: expert-led conversations, private workshops with anonymous questions, wine and bites.
- Ensō season membership — 350 €. Includes a place at the four season gatherings on the dates shown on the site.
Prices are in euro and include all applicable taxes. Each gathering is limited to 60 places.
3. Booking and payment
Places are bought on enso.lv and paid in Stripe’s checkout by card or another offered method. The contract is concluded when payment is received; a confirmation is sent to the email you provide. If you need an invoice with company details, write to info@enso.lv.
4. Cancellation by the participant
Because a gathering takes place on a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to this service under Latvian consumer law, and the amount paid is not refunded if you cannot attend.
You may transfer your place to another person at any time up to the day of the gathering. Tell us at info@enso.lv with the new participant’s name and email.
5. Season membership
A season membership is personal and covers the four listed gatherings. A missed gathering is not compensated or carried over, but you may pass that particular gathering to another person by telling us before it takes place. If we cancel one of the season’s gatherings without offering a new date, we refund a proportional part — 300 € per cancelled gathering.
6. Changes and cancellation by the organiser
We may change programme details, the line-up of experts or the venue within Riga while keeping the character and scope of the gathering; we inform you of material changes by email. If a gathering is moved to another date, your place carries over, or at your choice we refund the full amount. If a gathering is cancelled, we refund the full amount within 14 days to the original payment method.
7. Participation and conduct
The gatherings are created for women seeking a deeper understanding of beauty and health and take place in a respectful, private atmosphere. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Please keep what other participants share, and the anonymous questions, confidential. The organiser may ask a person who disturbs others to leave; in that case no refund is made.
8. Not medical advice
Expert conversations are educational and general. They do not replace an individual consultation with a doctor; decisions about procedures or treatment should be made with your own doctor.
9. Photography and video
Gatherings may be photographed and filmed, and we may use the material on the Ensō site and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, tell us before or during the gathering and we will respect it. Anonymous question sessions are not recorded.
10. Food and allergies
Wine and bites are part of the programme. Please tell us about allergies or special dietary needs at least 5 days before the gathering.
11. Personal data
We process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Questions are first resolved by writing to info@enso.lv. Consumers may turn to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
